Psychoeducation and support group
for family and friends who support loved ones living with an OCD diagnosis
In our OCD ALLIES support and psychoeducation group, we will allow space for those who are supporting loved withs with OCD to learn more about the diagnosis of OCD, symptom identification, beneficial tools/skills to consider, accommodation and boundary setting, and more.
While this will be more of an educational group, EMC makes sure to maintain a safe and brave environment that is conducive for sharing and accepting one another, where each participant can learn and grow while feeling respected and valued.
